Coerver® Intro Course – Overview

The purpose of our new Coerver® Intro Course, is to provide attendees with a theory and practical based overview of the evolution of the Coerver® method since being founded in 1984.

Attendees will learn how to teach skills from mastery to game effective use with a specific focus on Coerver® Ball Mastery & Coerver® 1 v 1 Mirror Moves which are essential skills for all players, no matter their age, ability or position.



Coerver® Mirror Moves are split into 3 sections:

The purpose of our new Play Like The Stars coach education course is to focus specifically on the Coerver® 1 v 1 Mirror Moves which are essential skills for all players, no matter their age, ability or position.

Each section of Coerver® Mirror Moves relates to specific areas of the pitch, where the opposition is and to the position that the player in possession plays for within their team.

Play Like The Stars Instructor

Scott Wright has spent the last 10 years working within the Coerver® Coaching programme both in the UK and abroad, many of which he has spent working closely with Coerver® Coaching Co-founder, Alf Galustian.

During this time, Scott has gained experience of working with individual players, clubs and organisations from grassroots to the very highest level of the professional game.

This includes individual players such as Gareth Bale and Micah Richards in addition to working with coaches and players from a number of professional clubs that includes Chelsea FC, Newcastle United FC, Bolton Wanderers FC, Blackpool FC, Leeds United FC, Birmingham City FC, Manchester United FC, Manchester City FC, Liverpool FC, Fulham FC, Sheffield Wednesday FC, Millwall FC, FK Vojvodina, Slavia Prague, Slovan Bratislava.

During the 2013/14 & 2014/15 seasons, Scott was invited by the Real Madrid University to lecture on their Master’s Degree in Coaching Course which is a jointly delivered academic programme between the European university of Madrid and the Worlds’ biggest football club, Real Madrid CF.

Scott’s current role in professional football is specialist technical coach and coach educator, at Premier League club, Stoke City FC. a role which he has held since the 2010/11 season which has seen him work from academy to first team level during this time.

Scott has also produced, edited and contributed to technical coaching content for the world’s leading football publication, FourFourTwo.
